Karin was recommended to help me sell a cute 2 bedroom home in Whangaparaoa. When we first met I was impressed with her professionalism, market knowledge and realistic view of likely selling price. The house was in good order overall but to help the sales process Karin recommended a building inspection to identify any maintenance issues.
