Friendly at open homes and great communication and listened to our feedback and what we were looking for. Katherine was intuitive and quick to offer options that would work and made herself available in her busy schedule to view. Her open and honest discussions and feedback during negotiations was exceptional along with her patience. Her knowledge and style was helpful and un-pressured but quick to respond to requests and made the whole process easy including the due diligence stage. I would definitely buy or sell thru her again. Gareth was great to deal with both leading up to putting our house on the market and during the campaign. A very slow auction campaign saw a slow uptake in visitation through open homes which was discouraging. We wanted to extend the campaign, however Gareth recommended that we stay the course despite our hesitation. We hit auction day, and with just one interested party, we managed to sell after a bit of negotiation. We were really happy with the result.
