Even before I engaged him as my agent William had advised me about improvements that I could make to my home to enhance its saleability. He has helped me to find people to do the work that was needed and I am very happy with their work too! William is friendly, engaging, has a great sense of humour and an ethical and honest approach. His knowledge of the market and his drive to find the right buyer, at the right price, has been second to none. This was the first time I have sold a house in NZ and I couldn’t have had a better agent to help me through this unfamiliar process. Thanks William.

Efficient and effective!
Gavin responded promptly to my request for appraisal, then gave me excellent advice regarding the preparation, marketing and sale of my property. He and Debbie were both very professional in all ways which made the process clear. He communicated constantly, was always optimistic and at all times I felt well informed and 'in good hands'. He seemed to read the level of interest accurately, was friendly and pleasant with all neighbourly interactions. The explanation of the auction along with Sam Walmsley resulted in a much less stressful event than what I had anticipated! I have no hesitation in recommending Gavin and his team. Thank-you all.
