We had known James for some considerable time so it was without hesitation that we appointed him to sell our house. He has always been easy going, easy to talk to and never pushy. When we appointed him we explained that we were moving to a Lifestyle Village in Nelson and there was a deadline associated with same. However this did not seem resonate and it was only when we were closer to that deadline did he understood the situation. That said one couldn’t get a more involved and dedicated Agent who never gave up and was always on our case. Thanks James.

As we live out of Auckland it can be difficult to view property. Gavin made it possible for other members of the family to view it at short notice. They liked it so be travelled up for the open home the next day. Unfortunately arrived a day early. But no problem we were able to view it, made an offer and with Gavin’s assistance we were unconditional within a week.

Anna is very accommodating with every request we ask, from scheduling a viewing to walking us through the process as well as negotiating with the vendor for a win-win result for both parties.
