The job had to be done in a very much depressed housing market and should say they were equal to the task. Pardon the pun, but Susan & Simon Dew really deserve that title. We have worked with a number of agents over the years, and can honestly say that these two are the best we've known. In fact, Susan kept in touch with me for many years prior to us ever meeting and listing this property. She has complete stickability! They are excellent communicators, easy to talk to, practical, sensible and hard working. I felt very comfortable dealing with them, and despite a number of difficulties along the way, they made the whole process a bit of a breeze. Our hats off to Susan in particular. A former nurse, she is highly organised, and doesn't think twice about getting right in and getting her hands dirty to enhance your prospects of a good sale. Our property was tenanted at the start of the process, and the windows were dirty, but when the photographer arrived, before we could blink, Susan had rearranged the kitchen to make it much more presentable for the photo shoot. Then, everything went back to where it came from (except for the window grime, of course!) even before the rest of us had finished talking about the drone... Simon is also a very friendly and agreeable agent, positive, reassuring and great to chat with. Together, they make a great team. This was how it was throughout the process. Everything was arranged and ready, on time, as if by magic. They kept us fully up-to-date with all developments, and nothing seemed too much trouble to them. What more could you want from an agent? How about two of them, for the price of one!? I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Inner Auckland suburbs, and wish them all the best.

Pauline has now sold two houses for us in Royal Oak and Lynfield. Pauline was proactive in contacting us when we were in Royal Oak. Although we were going to sell our Royal Oak property, we were going to wait until the end of the year. We did tell her that if we got the right price, we would sell. We told her what we wanted and she delivered for us at the asking price. She has always been energetic, hardworking and very pleasant to deal with. She always kept us in the loop. Again, Pauline was proactive in contacting us regarding our rental property in Lynfield. Under extremely difficult circumstances and a dropping market, Pauline came to us with an offer that was acceptable. It did take some to get to this point. Pauline worked tirelessly during this time. She had many challenges from the tenants and a next-door neighbor, she never gave up. We would thoroughly recommend Pauline to anyone who is wanting to sell their property.
