Susan and Simon were simply amazing. They responded to every single communication and question we had over the 4 week period - quickly and helpfully. As we were suffering from a lot of stress which was not just due to the sale of our apartment in a Buyer's market, they were incredibly sympathetic and empathetic. They never applied any pressure whatsoever for us to make any decision relating to the sale. Even when it looked like it wouldn't go through, they said "that's fine", despite all the work and effort they had put in to sell our apartment. As someone whose career was devoted to assisting companies to improve their customer service, I couldn't fault Simon and Susan's service - 10 out of 10!

Simon is the ultimate professional. I was overseas when my property was listed for sale and there were issues that arose during the course of the sale process. Simon arranged handyman, plumbing, electrical, glass repair services, you name it, met with them to facilitate the work and kept the property in great condition for the sale in my absence. The sale process was very clear, there was great, continuous communication right through to contract and as he lives locally Simon's knowledge of local facilities is excellent. Simon and Susan are a great team who are so incredibly supportive, helpful and available for anyone selling a house. They even provided support and advice on another house transaction where they were not the vendor nor referring agent. I could call or text them any time day and night and they would answer or get back ASAP. Probably the nicest agents out there and very professional and want what is best for the vendor and house. Very knowledge and have been in the business a long time, he sold me the house I just sold 22 years ago and was a great experience then as it was now. Abbey and Richard made a really difficult time in the market as easy for us as possible. With multiple offers falling over they were quick on their feet, continuously strategising and pivoting. Their communication was great, we were always kept in the know and never left wondering what was happening which relieved a huge amount of stress. I can only recommend Abbey! She really listened to what I wanted (and didn't want) and she has great communication skills - responding to questions quickly. She went above and beyond and had a key list of contacts - builders etc - who all delivered. She was able to meet with the contactors and Council on site. Although Abbey really worked for me selling the property, she also had a great relationship with the buyers.

The marketing and sale of our property at 8 Huntingtree Avenue, Sandringham was entrusted to Abbey Davis and Richard Humphreys of Harcourts – Twentythree Group Ltd. The team that included Jamie and Sammy, did a great job of marketing and finally selling the property. The job had to be done in a very much depressed housing market and should say they were equal to the task. Abbey and Richard are a lovely couple to work with and were professional in their conduct right through the process. Pardon the pun, but Susan & Simon Dew really deserve that title. We have worked with a number of agents over the years, and can honestly say that these two are the best we've known. In fact, Susan kept in touch with me for many years prior to us ever meeting and listing this property. She has complete stickability! They are excellent communicators, easy to talk to, practical, sensible and hard working. I felt very comfortable dealing with them, and despite a number of difficulties along the way, they made the whole process a bit of a breeze. Our hats off to Susan in particular. A former nurse, she is highly organised, and doesn't think twice about getting right in and getting her hands dirty to enhance your prospects of a good sale. Our property was tenanted at the start of the process, and the windows were dirty, but when the photographer arrived, before we could blink, Susan had rearranged the kitchen to make it much more presentable for the photo shoot. Then, everything went back to where it came from (except for the window grime, of course!) even before the rest of us had finished talking about the drone... Simon is also a very friendly and agreeable agent, positive, reassuring and great to chat with. Together, they make a great team. This was how it was throughout the process. Everything was arranged and ready, on time, as if by magic. They kept us fully up-to-date with all developments, and nothing seemed too much trouble to them. What more could you want from an agent? How about two of them, for the price of one!? I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Inner Auckland suburbs, and wish them all the best.
