Abbey and Richard are the real deal! They are professional, hard-working and knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to questions and provided thorough weekly updates that gave a great sense of how things were tracking. It also became very clear on auction night that they are not interested in a sale - they won't settle for less than ensuring that it is a GOOD sale that you as seller are happy with. I suddenly became unwell as we took the house to market but the Lancasters just took over everything that was needed and ultimately achieved a very good price which allowed me to move with it being a seamless financial transaction.
