Gary and Ben are great to work with. They are both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They worked tirelessly to get us a result that we are happy with, at a difficult time for selling real estate. They are great with communication, and we always felt that we were well informed, that they had a plan and were always working away with our best interests at heart. They are a great team and having two generations means that you can be comfortable that you will be kept abreast of current and past market trends. They both have different styles which means that they can appeal to a broad range of buyers. I highly recommend Gary and Ben and would definitely work with them in the future.

Simply the Best!
We had an initial meeting with Jane and Jackie with a view to list our Devonport property. Right from the beginning we were super impressed with Jane and Jackies approach, professionalism, knowledge and expertise and we made the decision to list our property with them. Jane was the lead agent for our property. Oh my goodness me what an outcome. Jane really delivered. We had a multi offer situation with Jane presenting us with three offers for our property. Thank you Jane and Jackie - what an A team.

SOLD before we even got to market!
Thanks to Jemmas network of agents and buyers we were lucky enough to be on the receiving end of a very fast, easy sale and settlement. We were ready for the home staging, photographer and campaign to kick off but Jemma matched us with a lovely buyer, negotiated on our behalf and we quickly had an unconditional deal on the table. We were sold and settled before the date we would have originally been heading to auction. This is the third time we have worked and sold with Jemma and can highly recommend her for a 'fuss free' get the job done ethos. Thanks again Jem ... you are a Gem x

A very good team!
Greg de Marigny and Karen McMahon were a very good team for us in our house sale. We had excellent communication with both at all times, and appreciated their respect for our wishes as well as their considered consultation, both with us and with each other. They put an enormous amount of time into helping and guiding with the presentation of our house and property, particularly Greg, whose care and skill as a photographer was impressive. The communication between our side and the buyers’ was handled with great discretion and thought, and we felt well supported in this for the entire time of the process. We chose to deal with Greg and Karen also because they were a small team, which suited our needs well. We felt their appraisal of the house and the prospects for it were realistic, and appreciated not being pushed in any way. We also enjoyed getting to know them, and were very reassured by their friendly and personal support during a challenging and stressful time. Team Jackie and Jane are simply the best!
Team Jackie and Jane are the best. This is my third sale with them, and again they have exceeded my expectations. They love that I was happy to be guided by them as to the market and getting the property ready to present - for me it was a no brainer; they really know what they are doing. I'm also grateful for their extensive network of tradies and contractors - Team Jackie and Jane project managed some issues quickly and calmly as they arose, right down to the morning of the auction. I felt fully supported throughout, and would have no hesitation in recommending Jackie and Jane and working with them again.

Very Good Service, Excellent Agent!!
Jane was very very good from start to finish. Sh was excellent in her approach to me, excellent in her flexibilty and her awareness of my needs. Excellent in her communication with me and her attention to detail and her market knowledge. She was excellent in her auction advice, her buyer management and in her constant attention to my sale. She achieved a great price at auction by doing all she said she would do. I am selling another property in a different city, and I am instructing the agent based on what Jane offered without me even asking. In fact I've had to tell the agent that my Auckland agent (Jane) did this or that for me so why are you not doing that for me? Jane managed my sale without any real assistance from me, and achieved a great sale price. She came to me for decisions, but she did all the work. I highly recommend Jane Hastings.

Energy and Experience
Ben and Gary were a great team, that allowed us to achieve both the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous. In the initial stages, Ben provided a comprehensive and considered proposal to us and was able to then execute a very short sales campaign which drove a multi-offer situation. Gary's personable and attentive approach, helped guide us to the purchase of our new home in an auction environment with multiple bidders registered. They really did bring the energy and experience to facilitate a positive end result!

Very thankful to Jane and Jackie for their professionalism, teamwork and advice.
My mother purchased this unit 2/39 Eversleigh Rd, Belmont nearly 11 years ago via Jane and Jackie. Back then they gave such good advice and care as the decision to buy the unit or not had to be made very quickly within a few hours. It all worked out so well. Going on that experience I had no hesitation in making the decision to have Jane and Jackie, this time, sell my mother’s unit. Once again good advice and instruction was given about the steps that were needed to sell the unit. As the unit was sold as a deceased estate and also had tenants living in it, Jane and Jackie ensured the Open Homes and the private viewing appointments of the unit went well without any problems for the tenants. I received excellent communication and updates throughout the process of selling the unit via texts, phone calls and emails. Jane and Jackie are very professional - and are also excellent listeners and very patient. The auction went smoothly and was a success. Thank you Jane and Jackie for all that you did in the selling of 2/39 Eversleigh Rd. So much appreciated.
