My mother purchased this unit 2/39 Eversleigh Rd, Belmont nearly 11 years ago via Jane and Jackie. Back then they gave such good advice and care as the decision to buy the unit or not had to be made very quickly within a few hours. It all worked out so well. Going on that experience I had no hesitation in making the decision to have Jane and Jackie, this time, sell my mother’s unit. Once again good advice and instruction was given about the steps that were needed to sell the unit. As the unit was sold as a deceased estate and also had tenants living in it, Jane and Jackie ensured the Open Homes and the private viewing appointments of the unit went well without any problems for the tenants. I received excellent communication and updates throughout the process of selling the unit via texts, phone calls and emails. Jane and Jackie are very professional - and are also excellent listeners and very patient. The auction went smoothly and was a success.
