I am married to Robin and we have two adult daughters who completed their primary and secondary schooling in North Otago before both furthering their study at Otago University, while I entered the Real Estate industry after moving closer to Oamaru. Oamaru, the Waitaki Valley, and surrounding areas offer so many opportunities to newcomers and locals alike and is fast becoming a 'must stop off venue' on the tourist route. The MVP of my house buying era

Natalie turned our chaotic little “let’s buy a house on a whim” adventure into an absolute dream. Not only did she make the open homes we visited fun, but she eased my anxiety and made it clear she would be willing to answer any and every ridiculous question I might come up with. Professional? Absolutely. Organised? Beyond belief. Emotional support human during the chaos of buying a house? Also yes. Natalie has the patience of a saint and the energy of someone who genuinely loves what she does. If you're looking for a real estate agent who's knowledgeable, honest, funny, and somehow makes paperwork feel less soul-destroying, this is your person. Jan is a warm, caring, calm and patient real estate agent.

Happy that we decided to list with Jan

My sister who is a Real Estate Agent in the UK did some homework and was advised to contact Jan. I wasn't sure at first, as I already had another agent in mind. Good communicator and very friendly
