Leeanne was promt with organizing , and returning phonecalls, nothing was a problem, helped us navigate this process as we are first home buyers. Felt like she was batting for us, really good upfront communication.

But when we met Jan, I instantly felt that we would be in good hands. Throughout the sales process, the communication was great with updates after every open home and viewing. Very approachable and understanding
Travelled a long way from Northland to Oamaru to look at properties. Had homes on a list to look at, and chose hayle street first. Met Jan onsite and immediately felt comfortable dealing with her, which I have not felt often in past dealings with real estate agents. She is an asset to her franchise.
