Jan showed great sensitivity, helpful knowledge, explained contracts in plain language. She was Honest gave great information that was helpful in presentation and making decisions required for the sale. Jan was always available to show the property or help with any requirements for any conditions that were required. Very approachable and understanding
Travelled a long way from Northland to Oamaru to look at properties. Had homes on a list to look at, and chose hayle street first. Met Jan onsite and immediately felt comfortable dealing with her, which I have not felt often in past dealings with real estate agents. She is an asset to her franchise.
