A great communicator who went beyond expectation in marketing the property to its full potential.

Jan was great at keeping in touch and keeping me appraised of situations as they arose and/or evolved. She is well versed in the market and offering ideas to improve selling experience. She is quite low key in approach but onto all opportunities. I appreciate all her help and advice.

Travelled a long way from Northland to Oamaru to look at properties. Had homes on a list to look at, and chose hayle street first. Met Jan onsite and immediately felt comfortable dealing with her, which I have not felt often in past dealings with real estate agents. She is an asset to her franchise.

Being the Christmas break one hoped any out of town folk would come looking. It was a slow time but Jan gave the folk interested her time and encouragement as she knew the market, town and environment and made herself available and was successful in closing the transaction in a timely manner.
