I have had experience with real estate agents from both the vendor and purchaser side before, and heather explained everything very clearly, kindly, and patiently. She was always available and responded promptly to queries at all stages of the process. She did an excellent job marketing a fairly rundown property, which led to an outstanding result at auction. I can’t recommend heather highly enough!

Heather was very perceptive to our needs. She constantly interacted with us and told us what was going on. She saw the positives in our property and she sold it on those positives for us. A great help with this was the online promotion with the photos and the video. She allowed us to set the price but in her wisdom guided us there as well. The sale itself proceeded smoothly, with Heather facilitating meetings with the purchasers which we wanted very much.

Heather has been fabulous to work with on the purchase of our new home. She was more than helpful when we had queries and kept communicating with us throughout the whole process. Good at communicating and returning calls/txt.Was never over powering and a nice casual demeanor,and also offered other private services after the possession date. Our only disappointment whether it being agent issue or lawyers was at time of deposit failing to understand insurance information to deposit on due date.
