It's been such a wonderful experience to have used Malcolm and my dear friend Kay to help me with selling my house. I learnt so much in the process. Everything was explained in so much detail. So many updates throughout the whole process. They helped me to prep my house not just for the photos but also have me ideas on how to keep it tidy and inviting for the open homes. Great research was carried out in what the market is doing in my area and how the property is valued through other networks and all explained so well. Nice to have a booklets about my house, given at the start to keep as memory. Malcolm was always so efficient at getting back to me, amazing at bouncing off ideas, giving me ideas, helping me to keep the stress levels down. Never felt alone throughout the whole process.So open, honest, reliable, kind, caring and there was never any surprises. There was always feedback from the open homes and then a very individualized report given in great detail after week 3. Wouldn't have got through without you both.
