From start to finish, we were impressed with the professionalism and diligence shown throughout the sale of our property. Malcolm's experience and strong knowledge of the local market were obvious in the clear strategy and well-structured process he put in place. What we particularly appreciated was his openness and frankness. He provided honest, considered advice, communicated clearly, and wasn’t afraid to have the straightforward conversations that are so important when selling a home. We always felt well-informed and confident in the decisions we were making. An experienced operator who knows his market, backs his process, and delivers on his commitments. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Regular keeping in touch phone calls. Helpful with facilitating building inspection and check of gas services. Needed extra time to source LIM due to differing practises (Chch purchase but Auckland lawyers).

Amanda has been incredibly responsible, thorough and thoughtful. More importantly, I have really appreciated the way she has been so understanding of my emotions throughout the ups and downs of this transaction. Amanda has always managed to bring clarity, calmness and perspective when I needed it most.

Cheryl is very experienced and has a lovely manner. She communicated immediately, knew how to word advertisements for the market, had done her research thoroughly and had excellent advice. At no time was she pushy was very professional at all times and we knew after our first visit that she was the agent for us.

We can't express how satisfied we have been with Malcolm, and his lovely wife Kay! They have been extremely diligent in their approach to our house sale, achieving a very positive result. This is our second house sale with Malcolm and we cannot fault the professionalism, attention to detail and perseverance. This sale was for an apartment, which can sit on the market for a reasonable length of time, however, Malcolm kept refreshing the selling approach, which ultimately led to a happy Vendor and happy Purchaser. I referred Malcolm to a client of my own and he has exceeded their expectations with their house sale, so it goes without saying that we would highly recommend Malcolm if you're considering selling your property. Thanks Malcolm, Scott & Jo

Cheryl was on board with our vision of our needs straight away. Cheryl assisted with identifying concerns when we entered possible properties ensuring we were aware of issues in person. I felt Cheryl approached our needs as if they were her own. I will continue to utilise Cheryl's expertise where possible and would recommend her for anyone else searching for a professional reactor.

Sharon consistently stood out with such a happy positive attitude throughout our whole campaign of selling our property, she never put any pressure on us and always made us feel better about our situations as sometimes it was stressful for us with personal issues and she always made things better with her happy attitude she was awesome to work with and she went above and beyond. Also her professional approach in all areas was brilliant and we would definitely use her again and will definitely recommend her to friends and family
