I have specialised, continuously, in the Akaroa and Banks Peninsula region since 1990, and accordingly gained a wealth of local knowledge and an intimate understanding of the market conditions affecting that area. Honest and no pressure

We’ve always found Alan to be very honest and he has a no pressure approach. We’ve been to open homes with him and always found him to be informative and realistic with pricing predictions. He was great to deal with on our purchase. Helping with the finer details and communication with the previous owner to help with a smooth transition at settlement.

Thank you Alan for a great result

I would like to express my heart felt thanks and gratitude to Alan Nobbs of Harcourts in Akaroa for his management and skill in the recent sale of my holiday home. Alan was a member of the team the office when my now late husband and I bought the section in Rue Cachalot and built the house there almost 35 years ago - and he has been part of it’s journey ever since. I found his market knowledge both realistic and positive in a market that is not the most buoyant; his approach to it all most professional; and at all times I have very much appreciated his communication skills.
