First National Wanaka

Kelly has been great to work with despite us have never met in person! We discovered the house when Kelly was out of town over the New Year holiday period. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the property and was immediately able to provide full info on both the house and Wanaka market. Remotely Kelly was able to arrange a building assessment and assisted us in gaining a good understanding of the home and the location - he even went to the trouble of getting extra photos taken once we left town and couldn't remember a couple of aspects of the location. Throughout the process Kelly was a very good communicator and all of our requests for further information or updates were promptly and cheerfully responded to. All in all a great experience and we look forward to meeting Kelly in person when we are back in Wanaka.

Kelly's approach to the sale of the house was thorough and professional. He went to considerable lengths to explain the particular process he would undertake to market the house, and explaining his reasoning. This all went to plan, keeping me in touch with progress, and giving advice when a prospective buyer was found. In summary, the sale was approached and undertaken in a professional and efficient manner.

In a very difficult selling environment, with me being out of town for the duration of the sale , Kelly went above and beyond to make and keep my house and 2000m2 yard looking sharp. My wife and I purchased a house in Lake Hawea. Debbie was really helpful during the initial negotiations and helped to get a fair market price deal over the line. While it was the vendor who engaged Debbie's services, Debbie always made it feel like she was there to represent our best interests also. We have been looking to buy in Wanaka and met Debbie through this process. She was tireless in trying to find us the right property and LISTENED to what we wanted and didn't bombard us with properties that didn't fit our profile. We ended up buying a property that didn't make it to market, but I was so impressed with Debbie, we got her to sell our Hawea property which sold after the very first open home. Very pleased.
