After a disastrous experience with a large, well known real estate company in Tauranga when trying to sell my property in the Bay, I became very disillusioned when a friend in the Waikato recommended East Realty with whom he'd had previous dealings in the past and recommended them as a company who dealt honestly and with integrity. What an amazing difference!!! I was no longer just a number to be pushed through but felt I received genuine care and support. Tracey and Trevor's knowledge of the area is incredible and they have exceptional marketing knowledge, for example in supplying me with market insight in the area. The photographs they used for marketing the property were superb. They went far and beyond helping me prepare my property for sale.
