We first met Trevor, Tracey, and Kelly at an Open Home while trying to get a sense of how the buying and selling process worked, as this was our first time navigating the real estate market. With plenty of friends and family in the industry, we had options, but we chose to work with Trevor, Tracey, and Kelly — and we’re so glad we did! From the beginning, they were not only friendly and approachable, but also fantastic with our kids. No question was ever too small or too much of a hassle. Their knowledge of the market is second to none, and they are always up-to-date with the latest trends and information. What really stood out to us was their honesty and ability to see the investment we had made to make our house a loving home. All the other agents couldn't see the value in our house when getting it appraised, but this team did.. This was big for us and this reflected in achieving the money we wanted and deserved for our house — if they didn’t have an immediate answer to a question, they didn’t hesitate to take the time to find out and get back to us. That level of commitment and transparency was incredibly important to us. When it came to marketing our home, they made the entire process seamless. The photos they organised were absolutely stunning and made our house look better than we could’ve imagined. The response was overwhelming, with a large number of viewers at our first open home, as well as private viewings even before it officially started. We felt confident and reassured every step of the way that we were making the right decisions. From start to finish, this team stayed by our side, providing support and guidance through the entire journey until we went unconditional. We can’t recommend them enough. Tracey and Trevor were recommended to us by a friend who had sold several Tauranga properties with them over the years. From start to finish Trevor, Tracey and their team made everything so easy for us, and they delivered a great result in a short time-frame in a difficult market. Their professionalism and care shows, and they are great communicators, so we knew what was happening every step of the way. There was never anything half-hearted about Tracey and Trevor's approach - we always felt they were giving 100% (and more on the odd occasion!) We are not usually ones for leaving reviews, but our experience of the service the East's provided exceeded our expectations in every way, and we do not hesitate to recommend them.

As we transition into our twilight years, we made the very difficult and reluctant decision to sell our beloved home of 11 years.
