We worked with Tracey recently who was acting for the vendors of a property we were purchasing. We were the buyers, and although Tracey was acting for the vendors, she was so helpful to us as first home buyers! Her communication was exceptional and so was her knowledge base. Even when Tracey couldn't be there to meet us at the property at times, her team was also great. We appreciated that even following settlement, once the sale was completed, Tracey was still helping us out and communicating with us regarding some post-settlement issues. We had a great experience with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone doing property transactions, selling or buying.

They responded to our queries almost immediately. Their marketing knowledge is good, and their negotiation skills were great. They worked very hard at marketing, and conducted themselves in a very professional manner.

The only face to face meeting was done at the very start, then everything was through Whatsapp, it felt impersonal even though the agents lived around the corner from us. We would go up to 10 days without hearing from the agents, and then on two separate occasions they called us at 6:30pm on a Friday evening for a chat and an update. We received an offer (electronically on Whatsapp) which we replied to our agent back to with a counter offer, the agents called us and started the conversation with "are you happy with this buyer to walk away from this offer". It felt like a strong arm tactic to get us to accept the offer. Right from the beginning we told the agents that we wanted x amount in the hand after agents fees, to be able to afford to move. They told us they could 'sharpen the pencil' to make the deal better for us, and they could change their fees so we walk away with that x figure. When a lower offer came through, we reminded them of the x figure and they said "oh we thought you meant x figure was the lowest you would sell the house for, before agents fees". They either a) weren't listening to us, or b) something more sinister. When it came to the negotiating stage, they in fact did not sharpen the pencil, and didn't budge at all on their fees and we walked away with well below the x figure we told them about. After we had only a couple of people through the first open home, they immediately suggested we drop the asking price, that was their first strategy. The communication was very sporadic, for example they received interest from a buyer, they then jumped the gun and told us about it, got us all excited, sent us through the conditions from the buyer in a list on whatsapp (without an actual offer), then we didn't hear back from the agents for a number of days, and then they told us, that the buyer pulled out without making an offer. This was not a personalised service as they had told us they offered, we were just another number. We Do not recommend.

They took a very personal interest in our property and offered excellent service throughout the process. As our sale was time critical, Tracey 'pulled out all stops' to get our property sold. Tracey provided valuable advice about preparing our house for sale to get the best possible outcome. We are grateful to have such supportive agents. We can't rate them highly enough.

Tracey and Trevor went over and beyond selling our first home. Their supportive, informative approach was what we needed. They stood out with their strong market knowledge, communication, honesty and full commitment. We had full trust in them and came out with an amazing result.
