Tracey and Trevor are brilliant! They gave us solid, practical advice on how to get the house ready for sale. An unexpected bonus was that Tracey also connected us with right people for the work. They have a great eye for detail and moved quickly to help us be ready for sale. They dont fluff around and are very practical and realistic. Talented, experts in this field and they knew how to market for the best return. Their own commission is good value and they work really hard for their clients. We had a great experience with Trevor and Tracey, our house sold in 20 days which is half the average sale time for the area. Over 70 groups came through the open homes which shows their expertise in marketing. Moving and selling a house can be incredibly stressful and we had a deadline to meet as we are going overseas. Working with East Realty took so much of the stress away. They advised us what to focus on, which all turned out to be very simple work with the right professional help. I have known Trevor and Tracey for over a decade now. They sold my house in Matua many moons ago and it went so smoothly and totally stress-free. This has proved to be the same with my unit in the Avenues. Great positive meeting up to discuss what we would do. Put that into place....at no time did I feel like I was being hurried. The unit was put on the market...with an amazing board of super photos, 3 in all which looked fabulous. First open home sold just like that, sold in 5 days. It was all so easy because Trevor and Tracey have an amazing ability to listen to what I wanted. I never felt rushed...total support all the way through. If I emailed or phoned my request was answered promptly. Lpved the weekly update. Lots of little extras. I could not recommend this wonderful couple highly enough. It was great dealing with Tracey and Trevor for selling our house. They were professional and worked hard to get a sale through when we had a tight timeframe (to buy the next house).
