Full disclosure, we have known Nick since he was a wee boy. When it came to selling our mum's house, Nick was the first one we thought of. Nick proved to be everything that we hoped for and more. He was organised, sympathetic and suggested a couple of ways forward with options. Everything was detailed and he worked his plan well, with the SOLD sign up within 2 weeks. Nick has a great reputation in the Dunedin real estate market and deservedly so. You will find him honest and trustworthy, well in touch with the market movements and able to offer sound advice and marketing strategies. That nice neighbourhood kid has become a very astute realtor who can market your place with love and care.
