Actually, I met Jo a few years prior when I was looking to buy. Jo was super-helpful and obviously knew the market and the locals; clearly had her ear to the ground. Jo has been in the game so long that, believe it or not, she had sold my property already, once before! Jo's recollections about the property and the insight into the area were impressive. What impressed me more was that she was upfront and spoke plainly; I knew exactly where I stood, which is what I wanted and needed for this. I made the task slightly more complicated for Jo by moving internationally! Nonetheless, Jo was very accommodating - and patient! I'm sure that it involved more work, but, as regular as clockwork, I had regular updates on open homes and how the market was going. I didn't have to ask for information. It was there. Throughout the process, Jo managed everything. It was so simple. The house is now sold and I've come away feeling good about how it all happened. That makes me feel that it was all worthwhile and without any regrets. Words really can't describe how thankful I am for that or how glad I am that Jo was my agent! With thanks!
