As first-time landlords, we were nervous about navigating the world of property management, but working with Gina Dalley has been an absolute game-changer. From day one, she took the time to explain the entire process with clarity and patience, making us feel confident and supported. She is friendly, personable, and incredibly professional. Her communication is consistently clear and timely, keeping us informed every step of the way. What impressed us most is her meticulous and thorough approach to tenant selection—she goes above and beyond to ensure a great fit for both parties, which gives us peace of mind. We're so grateful to have found someone we can trust.

I have been using Cowdys for years. Always had exceptional service from them. Prompt, thorough communication. Even pick up the phone to call overseas if the conversation is more than a quick message to make sure I fully understand the tenancy terms.

As a first time Renter my expectation of this process was going to be a very stressful and an agonising experience , but once meeting Samantha these feelings quickly disappeared. Samantha was friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. Her communication after the viewing of the property was quick, efficient and succinct. On completion of the final paperwork we concluded a meeting and completed the contract. I found the whole process a breeze to complete and with Samantha there explaining some points of interest our worries were eased.
