Gina was our property manager and she was great do deal with. Always quick and clear with her communication, always a delight to deal with. From there we purchased our first home in the City. After living in the house for 18 months we decided to move to the UK so my partner could work towards her PHD. We have only had good experiences with Gael since we started our property rental in Christchurch. We moved from North to South and it was smooth sailing, everything was arranged and in place. Allways very prompt replies on emails, texts and calls. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The inspections are quick and painless and if anything needs to be sorted out, consider it done.
