I have had this property looked after by Cowdy for many years with numerous tenant changes and have never had any issues. Gina has always kept me very well informed and nothing has been a problem. She is very approachable and efficient at sorting any jobs required.

Nicola was an amazing person to deal with, dotted all the i’s and crossed the t’s, no exception. I would 100% recommend her to manage any property available. Her professionalism and nature was second to none. Thoroughly enjoyed the process in getting into this accommodation.

I've never rented a property through a property manager before but I am pleasantly surprised. Gael has been so kind and helpful from the very first interaction and I feel very well looked after. It's not easy to plan a move between islands but Gael is going above & beyond to help me. I'm very grateful and I'm looking forward to meeting Gael in person. Thank you!

We worked with Nadine for an appraisal and then with Hilary to arrange all of the renting details. Very professional, thorough with high attention to details. Very good communication and would highly recommend Cowdy.

We rented a property from Gina for nearly 6 years and have had a great experience with her. She's reasonable, communicative and friendly to deal with. She's also super responsive if an issue arises. Our hot water cylinder broke over lockdown and she jumped on it! We've had no problems with her and would happily rent from her again in the future.

More than happy to have our rental property tenanted within one week of signing the agreement. Gina clearly indicated what upgrades our home needed to be healthy home compliant.
