My experience with Cowdy has been excellent. Everytime I've needed something fixed or repaired my property manager Gina Dalley has been on to it straight away. Personally I have had no problems with this real estate. Very professional and understanding.

Courtny was my rental agent and she was fantastic to work with. Since I was based in Auckland, she arranged a virtual tour of the property and made the whole process really simple, even when we had a few technical issues—she handled them with ease. I was kept updated throughout the application, and her clear communication made everything stress-free. From viewing to applying and signing the contract, the process was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!

We loved our time living at 6a Weston road. Gina was fantastic to deal with and ensured all issues that popped up at the property were resolved in a timely manner.

A fantastic experience with Janice, Lily and the Cowdy team. Nothing a problem, swift and efficient service - always with friendliness and warmth. Both landlords and tenants benefit from their attention to detail, thorough knowledge and professionalism - you are in great hands! After using Cowdy more than two decades ago, I was thrilled to be able to utilise their services once again. Thank you Janice for everything....and Cowdy was recently used by a friend of mine for a residential sales for her home and experienced the same superlative service. Best Real Estate company in Canterbury!

Thanks to Cowdy and the many rental managers we've had over the last two decades our property has been fully occupied with well chosen tennants. A thank you to our most recent manager, Samantha Griffiths for her professional and prompt help that she has given us.

Being based out of town too far away to just 'pop' into the office was zero issue. Very communicative, transparent and helpful.
