Wanaka's Best Agent

Siobhan Rocks!
This is the second time we’ve sold with Siobhan. We were so impressed after our first dealing, that it was a no brainer to ask her to sell this home for us. Simply the best! Anna is the only agent I would use, she knows the Wanaka market better than anyone.
Anna is the only agent I would use. After decades owning realestate agencies and being a hands on sales agent in the local area, she knows the Wanaka market better than anyone. She is an informed and highly skilled negotiator, who always manages to have facts on hand and is able to keep communication flowing and enough pressure applied to get prospective buyers to the table. She successfully bridges the gap between sellers expectations, buyers needs and market demands and will work tirelessly to secure the best deal possible. She manages to be the consummate proffessional, at the same time as always being warm, personable and reassuring. As a testament to her character many past clients go onto being long term friends. Committed, grounded, professional.
I have used Anna previously. She responds immediately after open homes, always communicates well, is honest, grounded, professional and goes the extra mile if required. Reports are well detailed. The negotiation with serious buyers is always a challenge for me to achieve the price I believe the property is worth. Easy communication, No stress required

I like Kay.
Having dabbled in RE myself I found Kay to be an excellent agent. Experienced, Busy, listened, funny, switched on all the time, competent and achieving. We hadn't had an indication of price for 9 months, so when a party was interested, but dithering, Kay became confronting and got the sale over the line. Of course, it wasn't what we had hoped to get, but given the low market and lack of buyers around Wanaka; we were glad to sign the contract.

Followed up quickly and was overall very responsive.
Siobhan was very personable and easy to talk to. She responded quickly to requests for a visit to the house and provided us with everything we needed. When it came to a multi offer she described the process clearly and facilitated our being able to sign when we were not at home with a scanner. In all aspects of our experience with Siobhan, she was completely professional. We had a number of queries about aspects of the property at the end of the 10 working day period and she ensured she did everything she could to facilitate us getting the answers we needed.
