We've known Kay for many years. She sold us our house in Dunedin, then sold it for us 18 years later at the price we wanted. She was given the opportunity, along with two other companies, to market our house here in Wanaka and she took the honours. There are many things that we appreciate about her - she is always fun, cheerful, well presented, takes an interest in you personally, knows her stuff, keeps you informed, is happy to sit down and offer you advice - even if there is nothing in it for her, is persistent and consistent, represented our interests well, was patient with us, wasn't afraid to be honest with us with where the market was at, faithfully kept in touch with us for 20 years or more and the list goes on. She wasn't #1 at her previous company for no reason and I expect her to excel in Wanaka as well.
