Siobhan took the time to understand our situation and meet our expectations, her appraisal range was bang on which ment there were no surprises or difficult conversations. Even in the current slow winter market we were lucky enough to hit the top of her range. We couldn’t have asked for better communication and the updates during the selling process were very insightful. Siobhan and Lucy where a breath of fresh air, they made my whole family feel excited and apart of the journey, also dealing with my 10-year-old girl messaging them about the most important things in life (ice cream machine) without me knowing, and giving her the time to respond really made her feel special. haha thanks to you both for your help and patience

Siobhan was very personable and easy to talk to. She responded quickly to requests for a visit to the house and provided us with everything we needed. When it came to a multi offer she described the process clearly and facilitated our being able to sign when we were not at home with a scanner. In all aspects of our experience with Siobhan, she was completely professional.
