Siobhan Rocks!

Simply the best! Anna is the only agent I would use, she knows the Wanaka market better than anyone.
Anna is the only agent I would use. After decades owning realestate agencies and being a hands on sales agent in the local area, she knows the Wanaka market better than anyone. She is an informed and highly skilled negotiator, who always manages to have facts on hand and is able to keep communication flowing and enough pressure applied to get prospective buyers to the table. She successfully bridges the gap between sellers expectations, buyers needs and market demands and will work tirelessly to secure the best deal possible. She manages to be the consummate proffessional, at the same time as always being warm, personable and reassuring. As a testament to her character many past clients go onto being long term friends.
