A Friendly and Obliging Pofessional
It was a pleasure dealing with Matt. He was friendly, obliging and professional throughout, with an easy-going, laid-back manner that made the whole process feel comfortable and uncomplicated. Beneath that relaxed approach was a genuinely impressive knowledge of the real estate industry, backed by experience and sound professional judgement. What particularly stood out was his willingness to roll up his sleeves and get practically involved when physical issues needed sorting out — especially valuable for us as out-of-town sellers. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he was always prepared to help find a solution. A great combination of being approachable, capable and easy to deal with, while clearly knowing his business.
