As stated above, Brad was very professional in the way he went about the sale and purchase of the property. I was the purchaser, so I was not Brad’s client, but I nonetheless found him very helpful in securing the property. I have no hesitation in recommending Brad to anyone planning to go on the market.
Brad did what I didn't believe was possible, and we really appreciated his determination, patience and hard work. Selling our property wasn't easy but he managed and worked restless for a long time.. and sold it! And for this period of time we didn't have to worry about anything. Great job!

Brad was really nice. Friendly and really wanted to get to know what we were after and did a great job with our slightly difficult circumstances. Managed to work around that and get us an offer from the very first open home we had that was so good we had to accept. Sold alot easier and alot faster than I had thought it would and managed to get slightly more than i was expecting to as well. Would highly recommend.
