We first met Anthony 3+ years ago when we first felt the need to move, up until then we were not very impressed with real estate agents at all having experienced some pushy people looking after themselves and not their clients. Anthony is the exception to the rule, very considerate and respectful and made us feel at ease. Our house is unique being a 122 year old villa and not to every ones taste. Anthony understood the love we have for our home and our reluctance to sell but the property is on a hill and getting difficult for us to manage. He spent a lot of time discussing our options and made it easier for us to eventually let the house go to another family. Anthony spent hours creating an amazing sales package for us beautiful photos and a great video (which we watched many times) We found it hard to believe it was our home. He spoke to a reporter from One Roof who printed an article about the home which was very impressive. Anthony was always available to talk to us when we were concerned,usually over nothing and this made selling easier. Over the years we have known him, Anthony has become more of a friend than a real estate agent and I am sure this friendship will continue. Anthony was very clear with his communication and guidance. He knew exactly what was happening in our market. He gave us a precise game plan to get the property sold in the shortest time period but with the best results.
