Best I've dealt with

We were looking for a house for a few months and a few offers rejected, out of all the real estate agents we dealt with, Andre from Bower was by far the fastest replier, most knowledgeable and informative, cut to the chase style communicator that was massively appreciated by us and all together a pleasure to deal with, if/when we sell he will be receiving a call

Great communication and support from the whole team

We had a really positive experience with the Bastin Group team selling our home. From the start, Brent gave great advice on how to present the house well before listing, and Sally’s styling support helped pull everything together and make the house look its best. Andre was amazing throughout the whole process. His communication was incredible, always keeping us updated with live updates and feedback after viewings. He was very approachable, always available to provide support whenever needed, and prompt to reply, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. We really appreciated how supportive and easy to deal with the whole team was and would happily recommend them to others.

Can't fault them.

Great experience throughout the process, good comms and very well organized

Nick has a team that helps with the level of comms needed, he has good process’s that ensure items are not missed and are followed up prior to due dates. He owns his role as agent, completing the complete process, without laying issues back on the vendor. It always seemed under control and organized…. No scrambling for answers or excuses. I would recommend Nick and his team.

Very knowledgeable agent with great negotiation skills.

Nick came in to help another agent with the sale of our house. From the get go he was very friendly and had great ideas to help with the sale of our house, as he had sold many houses in our area.
