We have had nothing but great experience with Simon, from day one we made an enquiry to ask about purchasing the property, all the way throughout the process, settlement, even until the day we finished with the refurbishment months after. Simon was always available to answer the questions and even help with looking after the property while the refurb was taking place, helping with contractors, as we were an out of town buyers. He's got great knowledge of the market and is very experienced. 5 Star Agent, very friendly and down to earth. Very Happy buyer.

On the other hand, rate my agent need to check their work, really hate the fact that my surname is incorrect, Pawa not Palmer. Would never use them.

I do understand this sale wasnt straight forward for all parties. I am hopeful that all info was given about issues straight away. I am also still having to work through the leaking toilet which I expected was fixed, hopefully done soon by old vendor.
