Karl was very personable, professional and pleasant to work with. He appeared to have a good knowledge of the housing market and gave good advice. He also provided regular updates of the success of the Open Homes that he organised. This was all very pleasing and pleasant. However, once he believed he had a sale he put his foot down on the accelerator requesting a review of his work just as the last hurdle came into view and I even got reminders for the review before the sale was completed. Unfortunately, he also forgot to notify the person doing the staging that the house was sold after advising that he would. The whole result, however, was very pleasing and I would still recommend him as agent.
