Very good service and highly recommended
Alison has always kept us up-to-date with texting, emails and face-to-face with what was going on not only with the sale but with general trends that were helpful in a very timely fashion. She kept things on the move when required but we didn't feel that we were being pushed. Overall feeling of background professionalism.

Dream team
We recently purchased a townhouse off plan with Alison and Alisa, for most of the process we were in contact with Alisa. She was always professional, knowledgeable and was readily available with our questions or queries. They arranged access to the property if we needed for quotes/additional work we wanted to get done and nothing was too much to ask for. Although the build was delayed (out of the developer and agents control) we were kept informed along the way. It was a pleasure working with Alison and Alisa and would absolutely work with them again in future.

Great support when selling from abroad
We are living abroad at the moment and Milly made the whole process of selling from afar as simple as possible, calling us and responding to emails out of working hours, creating electronic documents to sign when we couldn't easily print and sign etc. She also kept us informed regularly about what was happening and dealt with the tenants in the properties very well which resulted in them allowing coordinated open homes and presenting the properties well. The marketing of our properties was also very successful and resulted in a high number of competitive tenders being submitted.

Would Recommend!
When selling our house, we wanted an agent who we could trust and Matt was the perfect choice. We always felt he had our best interests in mind and communication was excellent throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to use Matt again in the future.

Milly was amazing with communitcation
Milly was extremley helpfull with the Purchase and sale of my property. Her communication is outstanding!! always very professional, Helpfull and made everthing run smoothly and non stressfull. Alissa/Baileys is fantastic
As first-time homebuyers in NZ, we had a lot of questions and needed much more guidance than the average buyers. Alissa was our agent and she was incredibly patient, guiding and nudging us along when needed. She took the time to explain every detail and was readily available - even during her trip to Mexico! She found us the perfect home within our budget and allowed us to view (and buy) it before it was marked through open homes. I would highly recommended Alissa and the rest of the Bailey's team!
