Clare Bayley was a fantastic help for us with the daunting task of moving towns. She was always in touch with us, and suggesting possible properties that we may be interested in. Clare assisted us with private viewings on the weekends when were limited with our time to do visits in Taupo. We never had any problems getting in touch with her, and she was always willing to help. Clare has great market knowledge, and was able to work with the budget that we had set for the purchase of our new house. Her knowledge of the town and neighbourhoods was equally important for us, being from out of town. She helped the purchase of our new house go as smoothly as possible, with very little stress. We would recommend Clare to anyone looking for an agent to assist them with a sale or purchase.

Milly Drysdale: Market knowledge - excellent Communication - excellent Professionalism - very professional. I got in touch with Milly through my rental property manager. She strongly recommended her. Sale of the house was quite a long and complex process and she always gave me the impression that everything was under control and that she knew what to do next. Complexities: -Owner residing in the US -Property owned by a trust - but not an ordinary one - somewhat complex ownership structure. The eventual buyer's entity was also a trust. -Was for sale during the big storm of 2023. Milly drove past fallen trees in her own drive to go inspect my property. -The sellers had to undergo money laundering checks as part of a nationwide requirement at the time. Milly was always accessible when we needed her. She was always cheerful and calm and gracious throughout even when strong and contrary opinions were expressed by others from time to time.
