Alison has done an excellent job in selling our house in record time . Alison-was able to achieve the price we were after by following up on the several interested parties in the purchase of our property. She kept in close contact with us and gave us good advice to keep the deal on track -we received good feed back from her at all times . Alison is truely a good honest agent and works for the seller! No wonder Clare is a prize winner at Bayleys.
Clare, working in conjunction with Grant have managed to obtain a high speed sale of our property in a section of the market ($1mill to 1.5mill) that is not easy. They have been efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all personable in their approach, and we would recommend their services to others.

Service was overall excellent, with only one negative point
I dealt mostly with Alisa and her service was excellent as was everyone else's on the Bayley's team with whom I dealt. Communication and professionalism was all great. I would like to say that market knowledge was perfect, it almost was. The only negative being that the original estimation of the property's likely sale value was higher that what was achieved, the sale price being less than the 'minimum' original expectation advised. The estimations were revised down at the time of us renewing our listing authority just before the sale.

Excellent in all respects, very clear with advise and assistance
Claire and Grant have been excellent to have as sales agents. In our case as selling agents and with Purchaseing. They have gone out of way to do what is best for us. They have always been available to assist us with good sound advise and or suggestions, which have been very helpful and beneficial. From the first meeting you know they have the knowledge and skill to do the job, with your best interest at the forefront. When we were looking to purchase they showed they had listened to our requirements as the property they recommended we view we bought without looking at others, most impressed. We have already recommended them to friends and family. We have sold at a price close to that we wanted and have purchased at a similar price. Very happy.

Informative and diligent
