We recently worked with Chelsea to purchase a property in Taupo, and we found her to be an outstanding agent. Matt worked incredibly hard to get our property sold. After listing in February 2026, we went through an auction, a conditional offer, and eventually a multi-offer situation before reaching a successful sale. Our property was somewhat unique and appealed to a more targeted buyer pool, but we were confident there would be interest from the right buyer. Despite the market cooling during the campaign, we're very happy with the final result. The standout aspect of Matt's service was his focus on buyer engagement. He pushed for plenty of open homes, got a large number of people through the property, and worked very effectively alongside other agents to maximise interest.
