We’re very happy with Lonny and Lilian, they both work super hard, looks like 24 hours even before open home they came 30 minutes earlier to set up the house. Their efforts are beyond and really appreciate it! Once again thanks a lot guys!

We wanted to thank you for all your efforts and for ultimately getting that last townhouse sold. It’s a tough market out there and particularly so for the saturated market of Epsom/Mt Eden townhouses. Getting four bidders present is not an easy task and you did a great job!! So thank you once again for everything – well done!

We engaged Sam and Andrew Wallace to sell our home in Herne Bay, in September 2024, after seeing first hand their capabilities in selling two homes for our wider family. Their deep understanding of the real estate sector and professional, yet refreshing approach was immediately evident when they first visited our home. A clear and concise sales strategy (auction) was recommended and agreed to meet our expectations. Sam and Andrew immediately set the wheels in motion, and we felt in completely safe hands all while knowing the potentially ‘choppy’ sales market we were entering. Sam and Andrew executed everything they said they would do throughout, and kept us well informed of interest and feedback. The advice given to us was absolutely spot on when required, and their effective dealings with interested parties resulted in us having several active bidders in the auction room, delivering an unconditional sale above our expectations. We would suggest any Vendors considering selling their property meet with Sam and Andrew, and would absolutely provide our endorsement to engage them.

Lonny is able to guide us from marketing to open home & successfully sold our home. We're so delighted that we're able to let go our property despite current market sentiment. Fantastic job Lonny!

I purchased a property which Josh represented. He listened to and observed my responses, answered my questions with accuracy and treated me with respect - even though this wasn’t a large value property. Details mattered to Josh. He helped me find excellent representation at auction and created solutions among my rigid availability, done with both attention and ease. Josh had house keys cut for each family member, a gesture that was genuine and appreciated. I would describe him as highly competent, detail focused and genuine. On entering the UP office, I got a sense of professionalism, individuality and welcome. I would only choose Josh if I sold in the future.

Karen's mix of professionalism, warmth and energy has been deeply appreciated by us both. She has an expert understanding of the property market. Working alongside UP's marketing team we were delighted with how our property was presented. Karen's keen eye for detail was integral to the success of the campaign from beginning to end. She also gave us invaluable advice in the purchase of our new home. We are so grateful for the all work she has done on our behalf and would recommend her without hesitation.
