Right from the first contact with Charlotte regarding the new home purchase she quickly followed through with all of the information I needed. She negotiated on my behalf for sale and purchase agreement which took to about 11 PM at night. Her tenacity was to my benefit. I was happy to give her some dinner whilst she was too-ing and fro-ing between myself and the vendor. Once the sale was completed Charlotte made it easy for all of the subsequent due diligence required such as building inspection, measuring rooms for new 'stuff', conditions for purchase etc, all in a very timely manner. Charlotte is a natural in her role and her professionalism and communication is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone buying or selling.
