Having had 3 appraisals carried out, I relied on gut instinct to select who to go with, and I was not disappointed. The detail of Karen's appraisal was similar to her competitors and was equally thorough, but straight away her realistic approach shone through with an accurate opinion of value. Once selected, she very quickly read the situation, understanding the people involved and helping us navigate this major change. She willingly provided appropriate support when required. Appointments with her and her own suppliers were worked around a challenging schedule and flexibility provided when required - no matter how impactful they were. On the day of staging, Karen rolled up her sleeves and did whatever it took to get the house ready for the campaign - even displaying hidden horticultural skills!
