Jack, Glenn and Brittany were outstanding in their drive and commitment to selling our much loved home. Jack became part of the family almost and worked very closely with us to achieve a great result. Professional and courteous, he also has a lot of experience in understanding buildings and this was very helpful as we worked through the intricacies of selling an older home. Our experience of Jack Davies and his team from the initial point of contact through to post-sale was nothing but excellent at all times. Jack was confident in his appraisal of the property which was 8-12% higher than other agencies, and he helped us achieve the result we wanted. As an overseas vendor, Jack was contactable at all times and all questions and requests were answered and tended too in a very timely manner. Jack went above and beyond with his assistance to prepare the property for sale when we physically couldn't. The best part of the experience was Jack's authenticity - at all times we felt Jack wanted the best for us, not himself/his agency. Jack was never pushy and always respected our feedback and decisions. We can't thank Jack and his team enough for their effort in selling our property and would highly recommend them to vendors wanting to enjoy the experience which can otherwise be highly stressful.

Jack was excellent when representing us as the buyer.
