This was the first time I had sold a property but Jack made this a very straight forward and seamless experience. He was very realistic and detailed from the get-go as to what to expect. He worked tirelessly throughout the marketing calendar to ensure we sold within our target sale price range - a tough ask in a market that quickly became saturated by similar properties inside 4 weeks! Jack also offered great advice around maximizing the house value e.g. discovering a 3rd queen-sized room in what we thought was a small study at best, and other little '1%ers' that I really think changed the game.
