A fantastic agent to have in your corner!

My partner and I bought our first home together with Ian's help. He guided us through this nerve racking time with honesty and clear communication. As previously stated when also selling my partners home; Ian has a warm, friendly and genuine character. He makes an effort to get to know you on a personal level which makes communication flow easily. He had great knowledge of the area, the features of the house, and facilitated quick responses between us and the vendors. Ian went above and beyond to help guide us through this busy time and we can't thank him enough. Even after the deal was secured, Ian and the team continued to check in and see how we were settling into our new home. Their genuine care and commitment to their clients really stood out to us. We never felt like just another transaction, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support they gave us throughout the whole process.

Hard working, approachable, honest.

Amazing to deal with

Ian was welcoming from the very beginning, helpful throughout, and solid right to the very end. He stood by us through the entire buying process and always made sure we felt informed and supported. He kept us updated often, answered every question promptly, and never made us feel like a burden, even as first home buyers who honestly never thought this would be possible. He’s down to earth, considerate, and genuinely easy to get along with. Ian made us feel like we belonged in this journey, guiding us with patience and care alongside the rest of our team. Because of that, we finally get to call ourselves homeowners. We throughly enjoyed meeting and working with Ainslie Allen. She was a pleasure to work with, she brings a very professional but also personal feel to the agent / seller relationship. She works extremely hard, as all sales agents do but she really bonded with us and I’m quite sure she also had a great connection with the purchaser of our property.
