This was evidenced by her showing me more than one property. She understood my needs and had such a lovely calm way about her. Bruce was a good neighbour and friend to my mother. I decided to go with Bruce and the Bayleys team as I found him to be extremely professional, hard working and highly knowledgeable and experienced. Because I am from Hawkes Bay, Bruce called me one day and said he had some leftover paint from his house and would it be okay to paint the inside of the garage which he done a fabulous job.
