One day about 6 years ago Lawrence knocked on our door and introduced himself to my wife as a property sale person from Bayleys Real Estate. Obviously his sales pitch convinced my wife to ask him to keep in touch, with the result regular emails arrived in our in box and reports of his campaines and results of sales were given. When our desition was made to sell our property our first thought was to contact Lawrence. He arrived with Jo before Christmas and advised us to wait to put the property on the market at the begining of the year and since the open homes with him and Jo resulted in a sale at the right time. Their hard work and keeping us up to speed as to what was happening around the potential buyers was good for us to know that they were getting the buyers attention.

I met Lawrence as one of three agents I interviewed, whilst the other two talked a good talk, I felt supremely confident with him and the desired market I thought would appeal to my mothers potential buyers…. He was unassuming and not pretentious I felt very comfortable with him. I have to say him and his team “special mention to the amazing Jo” went out of their way to help and accomodate me, they came to my work place several times to discuss, pick up keys etc when I could not be over that side of town…. They were truely amazing I would totally recommend them to anyone!!!! Not to mention Auction day I had accepted a pre auction offer at 1.1m auction day we got 1.1191 so 91k over my accepted offer, that’s due to him and Jo working right up till the actual day and fostering potential bidders, so yeah I can’t rate the team highly enough!!

The team of Jo and Lawrence did an absolutely amazing job, they bent over backwards to accommodate me as I don’t live in the area. I got amazing feedback after open homes and detailed reports on the Monday. All in all I couldn’t speak highly enough of them. If I lived in the area it would be a no brainer!!!! Would definitely recommend. They went above and beyond.
