Went over and above what was required. And explained the process of his marketing strategy in a down to earth manner that I could understand. I found Tony to be extremely knowledgeable and took the stress out of selling such a large asset especially as I was relocating overseas. I was comfortable in leaving everything in his hands. And was dealt with in a professional manner. Most importantly he made things work and come together for both seller and buyer. Nothing was too much trouble. How do you truly thank someone who was the perfect estate agent to sell our parents’ much loved family home? We haven’t enough superlatives but will try to produce an account of how special Jo Morris of Bayleys Real Estate was to our family. We interviewed four different real estate agents from four different companies. After meeting with both Jo Morris and Lawrence Liew of Bayleys Real Estate, there was an inner feeling of both trust and peace felt by us. This, then, made our decision very easy to choose Jo Morris and Lawrence Liew as the agents to sell the family home of nearly 60 years. We dealt predominantly with Jo Morris and it was virtually immediate the total level of trust Jo engendered in us. The stress levels dropped to virtually nil as we felt and believed we were in professional and capable hands – and that feeling and belief only grew stronger throughout the house sale process. What was very important to us was the communication – it was superb! We were kept up-to-date with everything – and for us, no price can be put on this level of trust and respect. Quite a lot of questions were asked by us – nothing was an issue! Responses from Jo were always fast and respectful, insightful and helpful and sometimes funny – loved Jo’s sense of humour! Jo was very positive throughout – a perfect balance for a perfect outcome. Jo sold our family home in what we thought was a very short space of time and we are very happy with the outcome. If selling a house could be described as a dream … this was it! In a difficult market they presented us with an offer which allowed for a quick settlement and that was what we wanted. Jo was very helpful in particular, by making herself available to meet the stagers, photographer, tradies etc. Always cheerful and friendly to deal with. Five stars :)

I met with a few different agents but choosing to list with Tony was the best decision ever. Tony is very personable and easy to talk to. Better yet, he knows his stuff. Tony's knowledge of the market and his communication was second to none. I don't live close to the property that I was selling but Tony went above and beyond my expectations on a number of occasions. He met tradesmen at the house for me (more than once) and liaised with the home stagers. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On auction day Tony used his negotiating skills and industry knowledge to get the job done and we were very happy with the result. Tony will do what it takes to get the house sold.
