She made a major contribution in presenting the house for open homes and always left feedback from every open home. At every step of the way we were kept well informed about what was going on. She provided us weekly report updates on the marketing of the house, comments people had made at the open homes and the follow up phone calls she had made. After we accepted an offer she still remained engaged and was with us every step of the way, right up to settlement date.
